Bad organization. Rude management. Zero career growth, higher management takes the credit for your hard work. They treat employees as daily labour.

Dislikes

Except for Learning everything else is terrible. Bad management. Employees need to take blame for everything.Bad company policies. Nothing great to say about the culture. Employees need to wait infront of the gate requesting to open the gate in the morning if you are late by even 2-3 min after 9am.

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? Please some some give best advice?
