Good to have name on CV. Some of the products are interesting.

Skill development - Good

Dislikes

Toxic work culture. Biased senior management. Too many processes. Low pay and worse commissions. Office is crowded and no seats available most of the times.

The compensation is rewarding and solely based on your performance. With a solid track record, it's easy to get visibility among the top management.

Dislikes

The upper management is basically reactive and does not make any effort for employee retention.

Work Details

They insist on a solid 8 hour shift and nothing more. Working on weekends are actually frowned upon (if you are in sales, that is)

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within Country.
