Unreasonable Sick Leave Policy: Despite the offer letter stating that sick proof was required only after 3 days of sick leave, employees in the India office were asked to provide proof even for a single day of sick leave. 3. Egoistic Leadership: The CEO displayed unprofessional behaviour, including firing an employee on their first day for being 15 minutes late, which created a fear-driven work culture. 4. Strict Timings: Employees working from the Gurugram office faced excessively strict timing policies, leading to unnecessary stress and rigidity. 5. Lack of Long-Term Projects: The company lacked stability in its operations, with no focus on long-term projects, making job security and professional growth uncertain. 6.
