Nothing is 100% perfect in this dynamic world, like wise there are very few things that need to be improved in the company. For me I have to attend status calls little late in the night which is actually manageable because of company's work culture and onsite team members. So in my opinion, it depends on your project what time you are working in and that is also the part of any software industry. So those few things are actually avoidable for me....Read More
