90% times training is not provided to new employee's. Promotion given to employees who butter the senior. Absolute minimum wage for ground level staff. Salary cut from ground staff if any item is lost or damaged, but not same for senior management.

Likes

On time salary…no extra pressure. Work life balance. Appreciation from seniors. Motivational behaviours from seniors.

Dislikes

Huge problem with skill development. Other facilities like TA(3rs /km) for Jm grade,food -400/day for office trip, medical facilities etc are very less!!

If you are seeing my review being confused wheather to join or not, here are the 5 best points I have observed in DTDC over my 3 years of experience. 1. Your Job Is As Secure As A Govt. Organisation. 2. You will get to learn a lot of new and pratical skills which will definitely help you growing up. 3. If you are lucky & under **Mr.Dhali** trust me your working life will be a dream comes true. He is the bestest best senior I have ever seen. 4. People are very polite & friendly, your colleagues will be your friends within a period of 3-4 weeks. 5. The working hours is 8 hours (Excluding 30 mins break) which you can't get to see in Kolkata. See my friend, here you can kick start your career but never expect this kind of flow in other companies else you gonna get cracked hard!!...Read More

In my opinion dislikes will be the below ones: 1. The behaviour of our regional HR is very unprofessional & ridiculous. She doesn't even know how to talk to someone. 2. You will not get the amount of promotions you deserve, rather some old guy who is wasting their time in this company for last 10 years just sitting around & watchingmovies will grab a 5000/- bucks promotion infront of you. Hence do not even expect a proper & justified promotion. 3. The working culture & the office ambience is quite unprofessional but friendly. If you are a fresher you will be in a new college 😉 4. Inter departmental politics & lobby will suppress you down, they won't even give you a chance to showcase your tallent & skills. If you disagree with their opinions, you can get humiliated in front of the management. 5. The front desk management is like a nightmare here, starting from the admin to the HR will make you feel how small you are infront of the management & so are your opinions too. Again, if you are looking for a secure and comfy job then this organisation is like a ripe strawberry 🍓. But if you wanna develop your career then you can seek other options. No personal growth, increment not in time & appraisal process is very poor, unnecessary create a panic situation among mid manager level, incentive scheme is poor & unfair nobody can understand the processes.

Don't fall in to their trap. They will offer you big manager Post but ultimately it was useless. Worst work culture family business type concept. Don't spoil your career.

Dislikes

Work culture and most of the big manager are family members of the owner. Pathetic work culture and no scope of growth.
