We are Hiring for Zonal Training Manager at DTDC Express Limited

Experience : 7 to 10 Years ,

Location: NewDelhi
Qualification: Any Graduates/MBA/PGDM,

Job description:-
Training Strategy and Planning:
Develop a zonal training strategy that aligns with the organization's goals and objectives.
Create a comprehensive training plan, outlining the scope, objectives, and resources required for regional training initiatives.
Initiate discussions for collaborating with different SBUs and their developmental needs.
Present the Learning curve for the Zone, highlighting areas of focus, plan of action with a focus on deliverables as per requirements.
Knowledge assessments for the Zone/SBUs
Team Management & Development:
Supervise and lead a team of trainers within the designated zone.
Assign roles and responsibilities, provide guidance, and support professional development.
Be invested in the development of their teams on a professional level.
Analysis of training feedback & ploughing back the same.
Co-Create, Execute and Measure Career Development Program for TICs in conjunction with the corporate team.
