Territory Sales Officer - Retail, Jaipur

Role:

• Acquisition of franchisees for Prestige Xclusive program in the identified towns , make cold calls and locate franchisees
• Handle the whole process from franchisee acquisition to start up
• Monitoring the performance of the franchisees on parameters like Transaction value, Loyalty program enrolment & redemption etc.
• Implementing company initiatives to improve sales / drive footfalls
• Conceptualizing and implementing marketing program to make the franchisee successful
• Retail activations at the stores to improve sales
• Ensure the store is run as per company laid down norms and standards

Skills and Attributes: Business Development / Analytical Ability / Ability to think out of the box / Go getter

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduates minimum & Post graduation (Desired)
• Candidate should have done his all education in Full time.
