Requirements:
● Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, or a related eld (MBA preferred).
● Proven experience in sales management, account management, or business management.
● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret and use data effectively. ● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with franchisees and stakeholders.
● Solid understanding of profit and loss management, cost optimization, and financial analysis.
● Ability to develop and implement sales strategies and initiatives.
● Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
