Location(s): Based at Kadapa with frequent travel to Tirupati, Nellore, Anantapur, Kurnool

Job Summary:
The Regional Manager will be responsible for managing and optimizing the performance of multiple company-operated stores within their designated region. This role requires a proactive leader with strong operational expertise, strategic thinking, and the ability to drive business growth while ensuring compliance with company standards and procedures.


Key Responsibilities:

Store Performance Monitoring & Operations Management

  • Monitor store health on a daily basis, tracking all key performance metrics
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day operations across all stores in the region.
  • Implement and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for operational efficiency and compliance.

Growth & Expansion

  • Identify and evaluate potential locations for new store openings through market research and lead generation.
  • Develop and execute a Go-To-Market (GTM) plan for new store launches.
  • Oversee hiring, onboarding, and training of store teams to ensure readiness for expansion.

Same Store Growth

  • Analyze store performance data to identify opportunities for revenue growth and operational improvements.
  • Work closely with store managers to implement strategies for improving footfall and basket size.

Supply Chain & Inventory Management

  • Ensure optimal inventory levels through accurate demand forecasting.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and warehouses for seamless stock replenishment.
  • Minimize stock shrinkage, pilferage, and wastage through efficient inventory practices.

Marketing & Merchandising

  • Plan and execute local store marketing campaigns to drive footfall and sales in coordination with the marketing team
  • Optimize visual merchandising and in-store product placement.
  • Manage promotions and seasonal inventory strategies effectively in coordination with the marketing team

Financial & Cost Management

  • Manage working capital and P&L for multiple stores.
  • Implement cost control measures at the store level

Data Analysis

  • Analyze sales trends, customer behavior, and market insights to make informed business decisions.

Compliance & Regulatory

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant statutory laws

Vendor & Partner Management

  • Negotiate with landlords, suppliers, and third-party service providers.
  • Manage partnerships for in-store services and brand collaborations in coordination with category team

Crisis Management & Problem-Solving

  • Handle operational disruptions, including logistics delays and staff shortages.
  • Manage PR/crisis situations that may impact customer trust or brand reputation.

Key Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field (MBA with 5+ years of experience preferred).
  • Proven operational excellence in retail management, multi-unit operations, or a similar role.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent leadership, team management, and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, desirable
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
  • Knowledge of supply chain, logistics, and inventory management.
