Job Security is average. Because during lock down also Management supported a lot. No attrition happened in last year until people left for their own reasons,Salary is on time, Especially HR team work hard to bring the salary date in a stimulated period, within 7th -8th it gets disbursed. PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Mediclaim, Leave ,Calender holidays, Bonus everything is here. Work culture needs more attention. But its developed a lot, Management is polite toward every employee. Career Growth- No growth is here. Positions are the same after several years also. Positions are not being uplifted where higher positions are being hired. Training- NO Learning- I learnt few things from my senior, Salary- on time, Appraisal- This is my first appraisal, process ongoing Travel- NA, Politics- Politics is everywhere, no comments. I think DTC is an exciting forward thinking company, built around strong principles and solid objectives that are very much part of our working culture. It has always been in my experience generally a caring and nurturing culture where everybody is encouraged to be their best self, and take on autonomy in their role. Creative thinking is definitely encouraged and people are supportive of one another in development across departments, if I ask for help in my experience it has always been given gladly and sincerely. We have a fantastic library space and cafeteria. Also a all time ready refreshment vending machine serving fresh coffees, a range of teas, etc throughout the day, these are real treats and are a reflection I think of the high regard I feel there is for employees. Several times through the year lovely thoughtful gestures are shown to the staff, across the whole business, such as hampers sent out to our homes, most recently at New Year's Eve, Employee Engagement Sessions and on that Small Picnic Day etc. I think these are just really nice gestures to show appreciation and carings. The offices are also undergoing an extensive refurbishment for upcoming projects and also with new socially distancing designs and modernisation throughout ready for a next phased return to work comfortably and safely throughout the time....Read More

Sometimes it can get really very busy and can feel at those times like it’s difficult to move forward with strategic work, but I think the new model of year round surveying subscription will alleviate those cyclical spikes we have always had in the past.

It is exciting game play being with my colleagues, team mates, seniors and most of all my direct reporting person, our team leader. Every day is a challenging day and the endorsed assignments are giving me good competition that often I lagged behind.
