So much! There’s no employee equality, no work ethics, no empathy, no employee consideration! They expect you to sit in office for 9 hours but do not have overtime rules. CEO doesn’t treat employees as his equal. He even has a separate washroom for himself! There is so much politics across all teams - reeks of toxic culture.
