So much! There’s no employee equality, no work ethics, no empathy, no employee consideration! They expect you to sit in office for 9 hours but do not have overtime rules. CEO doesn’t treat employees as his equal. He even has a separate washroom for himself! There is so much politics across all teams - reeks of toxic culture. They are the epitome of what a company shouldn’t be - from forcing people to dance together on Valentine’s day to conducting fashion show on Women’s day - everything says how toxic they are. 1. Thinking about employees - no one will tell you what is happening with the company, they expect you to sit in office for 9 hours but there is no overtime 2. Appraisal is hardly 10% 3. No customer or market research, everything is based on gut feeling 4. No clarity on your growth/role
