They expect you to do everything, lot of work pressure for execution of interior projects. Salary is too low for the work alloted and responsibilities assigned. Avoid working at this horrible firm. Rather sit at home and sale Pakora would be more advisable.

Low pay, too much of work pressure and extremely added responsibilities.

Work Details

Worst, long working hours, mis management, unrealistic expectations, work as a slave.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
