My previous role as a trainer at Jabalpur centre ,I had the opportunity to deliver training programs for the aspirants . I gained valuable experience in instructional design, communication, and adapting training methods to different learning styles. The office environment where I worked was generally collaborative and supportive.Communication was key, and there was a culture of mutual respect and recognition for achievements.The company promotes an innovative culture where new ideas are encouraged and valued. Salary on time Quick response and resolution of issues

Nepotism , no promotion for talented trainer if they are not relatives and less hike to outsider other than relative of managers , escalation and bringing these issues to management has no value . No job security and recognition, few manager are working since 10 to 15 years there is a lot of monopoly by those managers.

everything. its a stupid foundation filled with fraudsters, especially the PWD centers. Right from the territory heads to managers, everyone is shamelessly unethical with no sort of morals at all. The work culture is highly toxic and no one can imagine making their future in this foundation.
