I gained valuable experience in instructional design, communication, and adapting training methods to different learning styles. The office environment where I worked was generally collaborative and supportive.Communication was key, and there was a culture of mutual respect and recognition for achievements.The company promotes an innovative culture where new ideas are encouraged and valued. Salary on time Quick response and resolution of issues

Nepotism , no promotion for talented trainer if they are not relatives and less hike to outsider other than relative of managers , escalation and bringing these issues to management has no value . No job security and recognition, few manager are working since 10 to 15 years there is a lot of monopoly by those managers.
