The only reason why anyone would choose this is because they are unable to re-locate & have no other choice in their hometown

Dislikes

Compensation is a joke here Annual increment is less than 1k INR annually for most employees Unrealistic expectations L&D team are living in a fairyland if considering PwD candidates

Salary on time Quick response and resolution of issues

Dislikes

Nepotism , no promotion for talented trainer if they are not relatives and less hike to outsider other than relative of managers , escalation and bringing these issues to management has no value . No job security and recognition, few manager are working since 10 to 15 years there is a lot of monopoly by those managers.

everything. its a stupid foundation filled with fraudsters, especially the PWD centers. Right from the territory heads to managers, everyone is shamelessly unethical with no sort of morals at all. The work culture is highly toxic and no one can imagine making their future in this foundation.
