Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Work Details

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.

So many dislikes were there, like officially off days we have to work, sundays also we have to work, gusted holidays not provided, such a hectic job...every time admissions, callings etc, no appreciation, No job security, employee were not friendly at all, no one support for the job

The rules and the hierarchy are very good at receiving suggestions. They work towards driving vision

When a woman joins in a higher position than a male who is already in the position there comes the clashes. The upper hierarchy welcomes our work and suggestions whereas middle management tries to poke being woman you cannot work late nights. The only reason why anyone would choose this is because they are unable to re-locate & have no other choice in their hometown

Compensation is a joke here Annual increment is less than 1k INR annually for most employees Unrealistic expectations L&D team are living in a fairyland if considering PwD candidates

Organization Culture set up by the management 2. Benefits provided to employee even though Salary was less. 3. Encourage freshers as a trainers and sometimes Center Associate and trainees can become trainers.

Regional Managers are worst and especially in south zone, They play favouritsm and leaneance towards employees who play secret spy role. 2. Utilizing trainer for training delivery, admission, campaign, center boy, unusual meetings and character assassination and demotivating of employees is high from regional managers. 3. Salary appraisal was very low and performance and manager interest based.

An organisation like no other. Great work culture with utmost employees care. Only a few organization lead in rapid interventions of technology and research based modules DRF is in top of them.
