I like only salary of the trainer

So many dislikes were there, like officially off days we have to work, sundays also we have to work, gusted holidays not provided, such a hectic job...every time admissions, callings etc, no appreciation, No job security, employee were not friendly at all, no one support for the job

Training of Trainers is really good. We get to learn a lot about various topics like soft skills and MS Excel

Dislikes

...he best trainers. Every trainer undergoes various rounds of grueling interviews. But then they pay you peanuts. It is a skill development institute where they train students to get jobs but the irony is that some of their trainers don't even know anything about education. One of the trainers said you can become a doctor just by wearing a lab coat. Managers ask for favours from the students in order to get jobs

Excellent Training of Trainers. Some of the officials working here are genuinely very good and hard working, and work for the upliftment of the society and the underprivileged.

Dislikes

... centre, asking the housekeeper to do his personal chores like cooking his food. Didn't pay the housekeeper nor the referral amount to the counselling advisor. Was mismanaging all the funds. After I complained against him, he got me terminated citing bogus charges

Likes

The best of this company was on time salary, friendly HO staff from all the departments. Incentives structure was good. As a center staff if you raise any concerned its being heard without being partial... Moreover you can learn a lot means a lot.

Dislikes

Less Growth opportunity and work life balance is not there, and usual such as other companies the managers are quite partial with their center team members.

The only reason why anyone would choose this is because they are unable to re-locate & have no other choice in their hometown

Compensation is a joke here Annual increment is less than 1k INR annually for most employees Unrealistic expectations L&D team are living in a fairyland if considering PwD candidates
