I didn't like much, but the interaction with trainees who showed gratitude and respect was okay. The training with the L&D department wasn't very effective in terms of planning and delivery, but engaging with different trainers from the country was a positive aspect.

Dislikes

It's deeply concerning how this leadership lacks basic work ethics and values. Instances of data manipulation, employee harassment, and favoritism occur daily. A smaller team, including the area head, select trainer- "digital trainer", and regional manager, seems to operate with impunity, making life difficult for other trainers. They shirk their responsibilities, resort to abusive language, and exhibit unprofessional behavior. It's evident that they prioritize their own interests over employee well-being and career development, running the organization as if it were their personal fiefdom. Their tenure of more than 10 years in the organization has allowed them to cultivate strong alliances with other departments, enabling them to manipulate hiring and firing decisions to their advantage. Training of Trainers is really good. We get to learn a lot about various topics like soft skills and MS Excel

Everything. No electricity, no internet, no power backup, no infrastructure. Almost everyone come from really humble backgrounds, from managers to trainers. So they think everyone is lesser than them. Even territory heads can't speak English properly but treat trainers like servants. They want the best trainers. Every trainer undergoes various rounds of grueling interviews. But then they pay you peanuts. It is a skill development institute where they train students to get jobs but the irony is that some of their trainers don't even know anything about education. Excellent Training of Trainers. Some of the officials working here are genuinely very good and hard working, and work for the upliftment of the society and the underprivileged.

I joined this company to serve my society. However, my area manager was only there to fulfill his own desires. He was living inside the centre, asking the housekeeper to do his personal chores like cooking his food. Didn't pay the housekeeper nor the referral amount to the counselling advisor. Was mismanaging all the funds. After I complained against him, he got me terminated citing bogus charges
