Dr Reddy's laboratories Hyderabad is the worst company in terms of job security. They removed lot off employees recently. They are not paying variable pay of employees.

Dr Reddy's provide cab facility for women employee in shifts home picku and home drop.present situation it is very helpful and secure for women employee's

I faced problem about cab facility at the time I gave a complaint to cab related persons ,they don't take action and even don't try to solve problem also.

HRLT - they have their favourites and CHRO- Archana bhaskar don't take any actions on them. Many of HRLT are very adamant Job insecurity. You never know when u r position will be removed.

Promotion/appraisal system here is horrible with no emphasis given on how much you have done. You'll get the same increment as with your peers who aren't contributing much.

Work life balance is good , it's a great place to learn things, special care on employee health , dedicated wellness coach and option to choose diet lunch. Dr Reddy's leave policy is good. It had everything to offer for it's employee.
