The culture was absolutely good for middle level management and this is a learning institute for the learners and hence called "CEO Factory"and they are one step ahead compare to other pharma industries w.r.t culture,career development,adaptability to new systems.

People with 8 Years of experience are becoming Directors/VP/Principal Product Managers because they do buttering People with 18 Years of experience are still working as Product Leads HR does not play any role in DPEX, it is becoming slowly as Manager Driven Organization , where HR does not care of setting few basic guardrails 1. Forexample - xx years of experience require for a particular role/designation 2. XX yrs of experience is required in Organization etc. You will easily find here less years of experience and less knowledgeable people working above you, because they have some connects or do buttering. No work life balance. You have look after of two divisions simultaneously that too without informing during joining period. Salary is less. Too much pressure. Line managers do policing with subordinates. Whether you are a top performer, you won’t get appreciated by your seniors. Promotion/appraisal system here is horrible with no emphasis given on how much you have done. You'll get the same increment as with your peers who aren't contributing much.

Very empowering in certain aspects with people able to take quick decisions as long as they are problem solving. Provides adequate opportunities for senior leadership.

Too many perspectives and too much time spent on alignment! The number of reviews and meetings is overwhelming. It can drain the most passionate people wanting to focus on Strategizing and delivering on the strategy.
