One of the best companies to work for. Work culture is very good. People are very supportive and kind. Flexible hours and flexible work mode, cab allowance, food allowance, shift allowance, on call allowance and broadband allowance are given to employees. Joining bonus and relocation benefits are also provided. Dover has very high ethical standards and morality in technical leadership and HR departments. They respect and follow Labor Laws and other regulations. There are opportunities of international travel. Amazing vibes workplace.
