One of the best companies to work for. Work culture is very good. People are very supportive and kind. Flexible hours and flexible work mode, cab allowance, food allowance, shift allowance, on call allowance and broadband allowance are given to employees. Joining bonus and relocation benefits are also provided. Dover has very high ethical standards and morality in technical leadership and HR departments. I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
