Lot of salary imbalances within the team. Freshers and low experience employees have high salaries. The experienced folks have very poor salary in comparison. Health insurance policy was becoming better but suddenly this year it became bad. 50% pay only for advance treatments. It's like people usually get in government jobs. Another bad thing is learning, there's little to nothing on technical trainings. All you will get is excel, powerpoint, power point and some behavioural trainings. And that's all the time.
