I like nothing there. its been 1 year and I see no positive sign there

They won't issue proper appointment letter. They'll say that six months once hike will be given but they won't.. they cheated me that way. Work environment is horrible. Molgene is the most hectic team, they will make you work extra hours everyday. This company HR (venkatesh) will treat you in such bad manner and taking family members status to defend his points.. useless.
