Team mates: Over all the young blood next generation is energetic & hardworking towards there & organizational goal. Few experienced senior have the same enthusiasm. Training : Quite frequently held. Job Security : Decent but could be better Career growth : Sluggish Salary : Average Travel : Can be at times hectic Polictics : Worse erratic transfer policies Innovation : Rigid Work -Life Balance : Hectic The organization is losing talented people & no retention efforts or preventive majors are made to retain them. Employees well being is least of there worries best example being the recent pandemic situation, although there were no pay cuts some basic communication & decision making skills were missing there were no revert to employees written communication or verbal communication regarding there inability to attend there respective branches.
