No incentives for Sales Executives, working hard for company and giving growth for company month by month but zero incentives company will pay you. ASM & RSM behaviour is very bad to sales executives, might be your personal life will be effected. There is no rest on sundays, your phone will be continue ringing on sunday early morning to evening, if your are in sales.
