It's the worst culture I have ever experienced in my 14 years experience as a successful professional. No support from seniors & for some ego centric top seniors the channel PRAHRi can't be sustained. The professionals who work as UH can sustain for pampering to their seniors. Wrong selection UHs at many places. Even an Area Head having very failure track record came back with a very offer by some ego centric seniors. I won't recommend any of my friends to join this company & I am sure if the things can't be changed soon then the channel PRAHRI will be collapsed. No HR control nothing. Job security is zero. Company culture is diluted by ego centric seniors. Everyday UHs get threatening to put down papers. Seniors take review based on personal grudge with their subordinates. I never have seen such a company where seniors safeguard their favorite juniors even if they don't perform. They listen gossips. The seniors never give ample support to their subordinates to develop rather they prefer to replace UHs at the peak moments to achieve success. New people comes & they face the same. I request to enquire the things & give justice to the real base makers than the pamperers....Read More

Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me. Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down. My Survival Jugaad? Chai Pe Charcha – Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Ma’am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day?
