Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues.

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job.

Only Work Life Balance. There is no much pressure.

Dislikes

Politics is next level in this Organisation. Personal learning is not there. Deployment in one particular department is done without understanding weather there's work or not. Department keeps on changing. HR is very poor, they don't take any actions. Also, the future of the Company is not very clear given DHFL's situation.
