I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Worst company I have ever worked. No professional management. No response from the HR management. The branch manager of vizag branch very worst. If anythings doesnot goes according to him he simply keeps unpaid to the whole month employees attendance which will lead to loss of pay. If we complaint to HR level then also they won't take any action. The BM even asks money from the customers for settling death claims. He does not know how to talk with the employees.
