Best thing in the plant safety is very strict. Management rules and regulations is very worrest. Salary increments of engineering people is worrest. Basic salary also not improved from last 6 year's.work is audits time before 1 month 12 or 14 hours duties.

Good Hardworking in engg Dept. Technical knowledge is nill.12hrs Duties.many more times .sal.increments yearly 3k for B grade and 4k for A grade.
