The director of the organisation helped me to grow in my career, She is very kind and helpful, she always understand the people working with her. My overall experience was amazing.

Nothing. Basically those who are writing bad reviews were not able to fulfil their roles and responsibilites, like HR were not able to do hiring, so they are writing bad reviews. Trust me on this. Such people should be shameful.
