The management's conduct deviates from expected standards, and the workload exerts excessive pressure, leaving everyone feeling drained. Additionally, there is a conspicuous absence of work-life balance.

There's not a single thing to like about this company

Dislikes

The HR is the worst person of all. Absolutely uncultured and doesn't know how to behave in a professional setting. The working environment and culture is absolutely toxic. There's no freedom if you work there. It is like a prison. There's no facility. Break time is 30 minutes. They don't even allow you to go out for some relaxation. The worst place to work. And of course low salary.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
