ED is terrible/worst/egoistic/angry perosn and decision making is very weak and company is going to close beacuse of bad decision by himand his puppet. He has no soft corner for any employee/company and making money for himself and his puppet by making fool owner of the company. It nutshell company is driven by ED only and all department is for name only and they have no power for anything. Company gives false comittment of salary and perks which not fullfilled at the time of releiving of employee. Even company does not pay grauity, leave encashment and any other benefits.
