No leave encashment upon exit, 3 months notice period, below-market-rate hikes, incompetent management with a single person driving the show at his whims are the best things to learn so many life lessons. You would get to learn a lot about "leverage". As long as you are billable you have it, else you are fungible the very next day. The pain that the amazing admin head has to go through to hide their incompetence. Unless it is the developer at the client location getting a beating all is ok but if it's the admin head on the receiving end then there is an action taken.
