Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? Please some some give best advice?

The work provides adding our innovative ideas to design. We have a free hand in experimenting with the new trends and the best UI & UX practices. I am glad to be a part of an open-minded innovative team producing high-quality websites. Another plus point is that we all work remotely but the online coordination and execution of day-to-day plans is at its best.
