Family Company, good for old employees (Confront Zone(. Chairman managing the company remotely so the few Head of the Departments are just doing whatever they want and they are spoiling the Company Core Values. I wouldn't recommend anyone to join the company, There are many problems Such as Salary Delay (Mostly 3-4months), HR/AdminHead holds the maximum company's Power and take the decisions without consulting with Operational Heads (Procurement, Operations, other departments). Few HODs are too much toxic that you can't Work with them. <mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;"> Salary Scale is very low as per the Qatar Market Standard</mark>. Selfish managers who least bother about their subordinates, who will not help or develop their subcoordinates and make their subordinates scape-goat for their mistakes and wrong judgement. Documentations, meetings, reports, work pressure are beyond the limits which cannot be explained through words. No clear-cut idea what they wantor need or expected. Timely change of the words and requirements. No work ethics.
