There is no growth in the transfer pricing team at Dhruva, it offers limited exposure. The Partners require you to visit office everyday, they do not support work from home. The compensation bands are not same for similarly placed people. Compensation mechanism is not transparent.

Dhruva is not the big 4 in both positive and minor negative aspects. It provides great learning opportunities and incredible freedom. On the other it is also not a institution and thus can at times like the compassion and institutional mentality of large organisations.
