Someone earn upper post then other people feels jealous about them. Some tries to got their position by using illegal position. This type of invironment I hates. I think intelligent people's have their own position and plz respects them. Main issue is that slow progress.

I traveled here from the position of operator to line leader with experience from beginning. Due to my hard work.
