To be honest the operation place is not good and fit for female candidate because some of upper level management kind off supervisor and lead level people miss behave with me and other employees they use galiya on the floor & make fun of the people about her age or her work abilities and logo ki disability ko trigger karna. They even don't know ki how to talk to a lady & also don't known a causal manner I am not telling ki make her feel special or whatever.
