My teammates were cooperative..Job security was there definitely from day one. My team lead, manager, higher ups everybody were very professional and ensured a wonderful work atmosphere.. Except during audit, work life balance was affected a lot.. otherwise, I was pretty manageable.. I had to put in more effort during the first 2 years, then working became enjoyable.. had to quit due to personal reasons....Read More

Dislikes

When people go on maternity leave, their majority workload is given to their buddy. The buddy had to take care of their own workload and that of their maternity teammate.. However, at the time of promotion, those frommaternity leaves were selected.. i found this very unfair, and felt letdown..
