I wish there was a negative rating on company culture. Poorly managed organisation with no clear sight and values of their employees. Majorly managed by the likes of HR head smitha dey who if is insecure or not confident about herself standing next to you, will certainly start spreading rumours and negativity even if you are 1 day old at the company. Hr department takes pride in taking reviews without direct management notice plays along with the words takes it to her ego of you ask her to document the same. Also the documented version will be full of lies stating a one month old employee is notnetworking or performing without giving any insight on existing processes which she likes to keep up her but. This organization leaves much to be desired. There is a pervasive lack of accountability among its members, leading to a culture where responsibility is often evaded. The atmosphere feels stagnant and uninspired, characteristic of a typical unproductive workplace where motivation is low, and progress is hard to come by.

I have attempted to reach out to the HR team approximately 15 to 20 times regarding my full and final settlement, but unfortunately, I have not received any response. My emails have gone unanswered as well. It feels incredibly frustrating to be in this situation. The best decision I took was to leave this organization on time.
