If you really don’t want to regret or disappoint.. I’ll recommend don't join Dev it. Majorly managed by the likes of HR head smitha dey who if is insecure or not confident about herself standing next to you, will certainly start spreading rumours and negativity even if you are 1 day old at the company. Hr department takes pride in taking reviews without direct management notice plays along with the words takes it to her ego of you ask her to document the same. The atmosphere feels stagnant and uninspired, characteristic of a typical unproductive workplace where motivation is low, and progress is hard to come by.

I have attempted to reach out to the HR team approximately 15 to 20 times regarding my full and final settlement, but unfortunately, I have not received any response. My emails have gone unanswered as well. It feels incredibly frustrating to be in this situation. The best decision I took was to leave this organization on time.
