DTDL offers food, on-site visits and have good tech stack .
When i joined back at 2022, the company culture was very good, but starting from mid 2023, the toxicity starts. The thing is, in some of the team the workload is very high and in some it is low. The MD of the company is very good but platform team director is toxic, he treated this company as LALA company. Even if you complain to HR, there is no action against toxic managers, and it happened with 3,4 of my colleagues. There is no role of HR in this company. Seema and khushi these 2 HRs are most toxic. Now from many employees, the HR is asking to leave the organization, infact they layoff silently....Read More

Great benefits , cool office and free food . A lot of Reimbursements like mobile and internet ,DLF parking , gym memberships and many office parties .
No work culture . No role of HR . Just a start up like environment . Everyone needs to do everything and at anytime . No work distribution. Very very weak leadership team, EMs and Leads . Director and EM are just oversmart people .They have no idea about management or product improvisation. Just work any how on the implementation and change the logic after feedbacks from POs sitting in Europe . You won't feel like going to the office for work because of the leads and management. Soon planning for 5 days/week office ....Read More

HRs are the worst thing to happen to this company. Management is disconnected from L1 level employees. You get to be a senior engineer after 6-7 years of experience.

They have good employees benefits like Cult fit and fitternity access, extended maternity leave, reimbursement on learning and development. Good food at office. Working on cutting edge technologies.
No clear guideline or transparency on Promotion criteria. Reward and recognition is also not that much good. No clear visibility of professional growth in company

When I joined I loved many things but all the things are now they are cutting, no remote work, no onsite, no promotion
Worse experience, giving threats to fire, no support from seniors, no kt session, everything you need to do your own
Work policy: 3 days/week from office
Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)
Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.

4-5 years back, the job safety factor was there, especially in the SE, SSE area because they know they have hired poor performers and yet, they never took any action on them. Most of the early hires have weird working habits - some have a habit of randomly bunking office, and some just remain online and produce no output. The HR does nothing about it nor the managers. If your director has a good image about you, then you will get to travel a lot, but only in Economy. Working hours are flexible, but you have to mandatorily join the agile ceremonies. And if you are a senior lead or lead with more dependency, then forget all WLBs. For SE and SSEs, the balance is definitely there. Promotions are guaranteed, if you're the top performer. If you do outstanding, then in 1 or 1.5 years (depending on when you joined), you will be promoted, no matter what. Salary is decent. But the benefits are average. Free food in canteen is a big plus....Read More
The culture is the four lettered word that begins with S and ends with T. The job safety factor is gone since last 2-3 years. They have started putting people in PIPs whenever their performance is not upto the mark. Most often, the performance is totally upto the perception of the TL and it's very very subjective. And the empirical data e.g. commits, quality of code, expertise is never examined before concluding. The usual culture of Northern Indian's Dukan and Bijness culture will be very visible here. As soon as you hit the SSE (senior software engineer) tag, they slowly discourage you from doing active coding and encourage you to take ownership i.e. you will do the job of a lead - partly team manage and partly code. Some SSEs virtually give up coding completely and only focus on mentoring juniormost employees i.e. SEs. This way, despite having hundreds of engineers in a team, their average velocity per person will come out to be 1 to 2 story points because, typicallys the SEs will be found working. SSE and above are just another figment of the management body actively involved in delegation ONLY. This eventual delegation model ruins the affinity for tech and the colleagues who have been with the system since long generally make it really really hard for anyone new to onboard, survive or grow. The training is almost non-existent. If you're lucky, you will learn on the job. If your mentor isn't wise, you'll end up doing whatever you know.. forever. Pioneering is heavily discouraged. New Ideas, especially from new peoplem aren't easily accepted. Basically, they want to keep peddling the old rusty cycle instead of upgrading to a motor bike, perhaps because the senior most employees are scared of speed, they fear that they won't be able to keep up. Often times, there will be out-of-support software which they don't upgrade until there is a zero day vulnerability. And here, they are very very afraid of taking risks. If there is a slight mistake by someone, they chastise them so heavily that the pioneering spirit almost dies in an individual....Read More
