The culture here is excellent, I wish the same continues in the future also. You are not required to be present in the office whole day like other MNCs.

In the beginning, company used to give lots of gifts and perks, now this has stopped :( Policy keeps on changing,this can be improved.

No Pros. Keep on changing policies. Don't have sufficient work for individuals and keep on doing irregular hirings without even getting project confirmation.
