No flexibility in terms of number of hours, number of days you are required to be in office. Soon Bank will ask to pay for coffee from vending machines due to cost cutting. Pathetic transport system, bathrooom stinks, no hygiene, water dispensers would be 'under maintenance ' for months. While policies are good but managers specifically old timers in this organization ensure to create their own crap culture thereby deteriorating organizations value as well. Did not enjoy my 4 year long stint here.
1) do not join the Mumbai based loans team its flooded with old timers and runs with terrible favoritism and groupism. Unless you are a very good slave and excellent at sycophany only than you can survive. 2) owing to predominant favoritism you will face bias in every fronts including work allocation, appraisals, promotions etc. 3)No job security . 4) all managers who are old timers have created their own beyond tolerance culture, so ensure you ask during your interview how old is your manager in the organization as HR is pretty useless. 5) very bad appraisals, almost nill. 6) flexibility is provided to managers favorites only. Rest continue to suffer. 7) The bias will want to make you quit once and for all. 8) managers are not knowledgeable, specifically old timers. They exists to remove life out of your body because you will give them status updates of ongoings endlessly but given their limited knowledge they won't take a minute before throwing under the bus when situation arises. Bank has promoted people left and right. Diversity candidate are immature and are not able to play the leadership roles effectively. Heavy dependency on office politics and groupism at leadership levels. Lack of proper work allocation leading to people working 14 to 15 hours including Saturday's. Leadership has become un approachable. No one is ready to handhold and train. Associates and tenured employees do not pass on the KT. Use this to bully new joiners. People are screamed at when approached for doubts on process. Promotion are based on manager discretion and no proper evaluation. If one is good at process he gets the go. My experience was good till I was not aligned with KRU research team. There are many good good Managers (VP) and team leads( AVP)
Never join KRU Research team. The lady who leads jaipur team is very toxic. She doesn't know the ABCD of people management. There is one black guy( her right hand) just senior analyst ( acting personal secretary of that lady) who always carry a diary and a pen and extract documents from registry portals everyday for at least 16 hrs, brings coffee from coffe machine just to please that lady is Rockstar of that process. He is favourite and popular because he did not take any leave during last financial year and works 14 to 16 hrs every day. There is another short height Rockstar who pass on everything one discusses on floor ( even Jokes one crack) to that lady. Lady manager is herself a gossip queen and immature she will discuss her personal life ask all personal thing from you. Give you lot of personal gyan.Her punchline in every meeting is "She is single and Independent mother 😂" Everyone abuse her on her back, no one is happy but they are all stuck there as ther is no other company in Jaipur that pays at par with. In every one on one she used to fight saying I talk about her but I never just thought of writing here so that at least ppl will know these type of ppl lead team and spoil careers of ppl.
