I worked as a video editor at Design Boxed. The environment of the company is very good and helpful. I was learning more of my talent and giving me full opportunity to explore my talent. The company is open to innovation and readily adopts the latest technology. Extremely trained team both on the ground and in office. I have learned a lot from every election campaign. The company follows a strict policy of adding quality to work rather than quantity.

Compensation is decent. The work pressure is very high but it compensates with the bonus and holidays given after every election.

The work environment is open and people are friendly. Whether it's the CEO or managers they always take time to listen and guide us. There is no micromanagement though as everyone gets ownership of their work
