The culture is really bad. They monitor your food breaks, times you get up from your chair etc. They dont have many clients or a lot of work however they want you to stick to your chair. The seniors are not supportive. This place made my life hell!

Attitude of the Partners and the fact that Deloitte India does follow a cajolery culture when it comes to securing global projects. Therefore, its difficult to maintain professional and personal dignity at workplace.

Toxic work culture. No work life balance, you're expected to work over time and over night and yet you won be recognized unless you have a good rapport with top level managers. People without knowledge get promoted just because of favoritism.

Toxic politics that has off late started to build up due to leadership being biased and their illogical favoutism driven decisions. Which is making it not so the employee friendly organisation of future.

I work for internal project and believe me once you will join u will get so many thing like salary hike is minimum 6% and usually 8-9% for average person. Gifts in all festival, lunch from client in ever 2-3 month, some times mid increment, medical leave will be extra 9 days, i was getting travel allowance, bonus at eoy, 25000 for your external exp. Ever year, mobile bill claim, some 9f highr position got car allowance also, many more thing....Read More

Toxic management and slowly beginning its non flexible culture. Stopped all goodies, outing in the name of cost cutting. Only work matters for them. They trap workers in the name of promotion. Make them work harder on multiple projects

We have hybrid working culture and timings 2 to 11 was also peaceful. the allowance you get is good but they removed few of it it in the middle of the year.

Dislikes

the work in EFA ( Engagement financial Advisor) is extremely monotonous and boring, and there is not much to learn and grow, I would say packages given to college hires are more than experienced, very poor management since its backend the work is also not much challenging, extreme level micro management..
