I joined Della because of one of old employee's reference, since this was my 1st job and he wanted me to learn from MD himself as he help every newcomer specially . It was referred by that employee and because he himself get involved and help you grown and get best out of you and there by you understand your core competency and strength in specific area I have learned a lot specially in DLC because is very close to Mr.Misrty out of all businesses and he pays extra attention. It is up-to the person to learn and take lot which one will get in many years. Man who is running several businesses, he knows individual strength and helps you to become subject matter expert with his guidance comparatively in shorter span of time . One can come on time and leave on time only once a week when there is a meeting with MD rest all days its 10 to 7 pm. And best of working machines is provided to employees to work. Salary usually come on time, I have not face any problem so far and also incentive also come on time as am part of sales team as well as communicated by HR team. HR team is helpful and if you have any problems, they are very cooperative. One of fastest learning learning and growth oriented company, so looking for growth or learning, DLC gives you both. I started my journey 6 years ago with Della it has been best experience so for I have 17 years of work experience worked in 11 branded properties, but the kind of empowerment one gets here in della is absolute infinite I have no words for Mr jimmi mistry how he touches heart of every employee at personal level All those who work wholeheartedly are respected and rewarded in every ways here I have been given several opportunities for training with best of the minds in industry Opportunity to apply my experience and create some thing new I am.kikd of person who stay maximum 2-3 years if it's a best company but I didn't even realize and I have spent 6years here and it never hit my mind that I should look for another job because this company give such a comfort zone and time to get socially involved that work life balance is maintained and I know this kind of work life balance even best of the company cannot guarantee because others just say here we do it It's very simple if you are capable and honest sky is the limit in this company and CMD Mr Jimmy mistry he will ensure you are well taken care in every way and for non performers , get enough chance and time to correct themselves and ample of training so they can be part of mainstream managent So overall my view thus company offers you the best in industry salary wise and brings out best in you if you have some capability

I am from Bengal and wasn't aware of Della Group until one day my friend informed me about the ongoing hirings at Della Leaders Club. I gave interview, test and got hired. My wife is from Pune and she knew about Della Resorts. She was delighted with my latest job. Salary and compensation is far better than other companies . Not typical corporate office.
