Hello. Glad to share my beautiful journey with Della as a Dellaite. Started in 2011 as a Front Office Executive to an Asst Front Desk Manager to a Duty Manager to a Manager on duty to now as a Resort Manager. A big shout out to Mr Jimmy Mistry for recognising my hardwork and giving me these wonderful opportunities to grow and still growing . Was responsible for an inventory of 30 rooms back in 2011 to our current inventory of 255 rooms as a Resort Manager in the rooms division and still expanding. Have seen multiple people come and go but what remains the same is our vision to grow, to be No. 1 in the industry and the valued culture of Della under the leadership of our respected CMD Mr Jimmy Mistry and the senior management team who are always ready to guide and stand by each one of us and the team through all ups and downs. Della comprises of 1600 dellaites who are just not employees but are taught to be and behave like an owner and a leader. So Am I an owner and a leader of and for my team, "Della." Taking up new assignments and additional responsibilities on my shoulders is what I have been doing and to add to it, have always been given the freedom to successfully accomplish the same and also consider myself fortunate as my seniors are the ones who guide and share their view in helping me complete it in a better way with accuracy.
