Hello. Glad to share my beautiful journey with Della as a Dellaite. Started in 2011 as a Front Office Executive to an Asst Front Desk Manager to a Duty Manager to a Manager on duty to now as a Resort Manager. A big shout out to Mr Jimmy Mistry for recognising my hardwork and giving me these wonderful opportunities to grow and still growing. Was responsible for an inventory of 30 rooms back in 2011 to our current inventory of 255 rooms as a Resort Manager in the rooms division and still expanding. Have seen multiple people come and go but what remains the same is our vision to grow, to be No. 1 in the industry and the valued culture of Della under the leadership of our respected CMD Mr Jimmy Mistry and the senior management team who are always ready to guide and stand by each one of us and the team through all ups and downs. Della comprises of 1600 dellaites who are just not employees but are taught to be and behave like an owner and a leader. So Am I an owner and a leader of and for my team, "Della." Taking up new assignments and additional responsibilities on my shoulders is what I have been doing and to add to it, have always been given the freedom to successfully accomplish the same and also consider myself fortunate as my seniors are the ones who guide and share their view in helping me complete it in a better way with accuracy. I started my journey 6 years ago with Della it has been best experience so for I have 17 years of work experience worked in 11 branded properties, but the kind of empowerment one gets here in della is absolute infinite I have no words for Mr jimmi mistry how he touches heart of every employee at personal level All those who work wholeheartedly are respected and rewarded in every ways here I have been given several opportunities for training with best of the minds in industry Opportunity to apply my experience and create some thing new I am.kikd of person who stay maximum 2-3 years if it's a best company but I didn't even realize and I have spent 6years here and it never hit my mind that I should look for another job because this company give such a comfort zone and time to get socially involved that work life balance is maintained and I know this kind of work life balance even best of the company cannot guarantee because others just say here we do it It's very simple if you are capable and honest sky is the limit in this company and CMD Mr Jimmy mistry he will ensure you are well taken care in every way and for non performers , get enough chance and time to correct themselves and ample of training so they can be part of mainstream managent So overall my view thus company offers you the best in industry salary wise and brings out best in you if you have some capability...Read More
