Managers have few favourites and only they will get promoted no matter how much you work hard. Layoffs and no job security in R and D..few mangers think they know everything but just stayed so long because of favouritism done by there senior managers due to language and same place. Else no great atmosphere for work life balance..this should reach Micheal Dell and there employees wont stay long when someone else start Same businness..poor management due to few bad people in management..like bad directors, bad First line and second line managers who only hear senior engineer and target junior engineers in Application R and D ISG division...Read More
